No idea what degree I should go for, too old to be "chancing" a path. What should I do?

I'm 24 and on track to have a bachelor's in "something" by 27. Had a really late start to college due to family reasons, don't really want to get into it.

I have no idea what I want to do in my life, I know that I really enjoy philosophy but everyone tells me that if I pursue a degree in it (which is really the only thing I enjoy) I will end up jobless.

I have no marketable skills (I've worked retail for 8 years) besides proficiency in MS word, 80-90 WPM typing speed, high internet proficiency. That's pretty much it, I don't really have anything else to boast about.

I'm a very outgoing, charismatic individual. I have met very few people who do not like me within a week. I have good critical thinking skills (when I think). I love to argue, I live for arguing with people. I see arguing as a game to win, and it's really fun to just demolish people's arguments with facts that can't be denied.

I have no idea what I want to do with my life. My girlfriend already makes a "fair" $40k, she has her bachelor's in something IT related.

I just want to "get that money" so to speak, in as minimal time possible. I don't want to move into a trade because I have a high penchant for injuring myself (this is not a joke).

I just need to earn a fair wage ($40-80k), within a couple years. I was thinking about law school, since philosophy is a good major for the LSAT, etc. The only issue is I would be 31 before I graduate law school.

We live with her parent's at the moment and even that isn't sustainable for long. To be frank, I'm tired of sleeping on a fucking couch (they don't want us sleeping together). We have plans to move out but she is the only one making real money right now, most of mine goes towards my bills.

Should I just get a general bachelor's of science? I honestly feel that I am more than competent to do any job, with training. I just have to get a "degree" so people can say "oh, he has a degree so now we can consider him" (personally I think it's a big farce).

Any ideas?
