I'm 25, currently a warehouse worker and I have been offered employment elsewhere. I recently failed a portion of my lift/physical capability test which I am retaking this week. I have taken a couple lift tests before, so I was surprised how thrown off I was. I failed at two things: the grip/strength test on a dynamometer, and the push portion of the push/pull gauge, both set to 100 lbs. I was confident, now I'm reeling before I retake it...
What are some ways I can improve my results? Are there any tips or tricks to getting the best results?
