ADVICE/ hostile manager

I've had a job with a well known retail company for about 2.5 years now.

I very recently had a performance review where i would say it was all correct, including a part that says minimize conversations with some team members, which i admit is fair. i get told a 5 minute conversation is OK but to be mindful of customers which i understand and make a conscious effort to do. This is something included with most people report however this is kinda relevant later.

Soon after this a woman (i'll call TM) is promoted to the open manager position and she's been giving me a bit of a hard time prior to this but i didn't think much of it because i get along with most management at my work rather well.

This week i had a shift where this new manager is on and i work as i normally would and when there in no work left me and a co worker answer some questions a new employee has while still tidying up around the store. The following night I'm busy in my department so i have little contact with anyone, only asking for help with really heavy stuff.

Today i walk in for a shift and I'm told to talk with this new manager (TM). She then sends me out the back to speak with my direct manager for my department. When i go out the back he asks me "what happened/Whats going on?" confused i ask what he is talking about. The new manager (TM) had reported me and a co worker for chatting so much that we had to be forcefully sent to opposite ends of the store to work. This is a lie as i had not talked to this co worker the night before and if so very briefly for lifting, I'm then told that if a report is again filed by TM that we wont be assigned the same shifts, this is a problem as we both rely on Sunday penalty rates, and he used my recent performance review to back up her claims. On top of that TM had accused me of doing a sloppy job of stacking supplies in my department . The supplies that were mentioned were not part of what i was putting out that night so someone else has re arranged these items between my shifts. I deny these accusations however its my word against hers and me and this co worker are known to be friends.

Kinda freaked out i spend the entire shift minding my own business and working alone, avoiding my co workers and TM. i only call when i need something heavy lifted. When i do I'm told by TM not to call for any people and to go find one of the new hires who doesn't have a headset, forcing me to leave my area and search for him. As I'm working i see TM heading toward me so i make an effort to get away and I'm met with a really smug "OP nice to see your working hard" in a rather condescending tone, she also singles me out to report to her when i decide to take my 15 minute break and only me out of about 15 people on shift, this is something that's never been needed for any other manager. TM locks herself in a manager room so I'm forced to announce it over the headset that I'm going for a break, i believe the intention was to time me and make sure i am back on time, as the manager room has access to cameras, a short time after i have a panic attack and take a short time to recover.

I don't really know what to do here, i feel like I'm being singled out and I'm being isolated intentionally. Does anyone have advise or am i just being paranoid and victimizing myself? i plan to go to the sore manager to talk about it but don't know where i stand.
