Recruiter left inactive number

I got a voicemail from an HSBC recruiter telling me that I had passed the first round(online assessment) and to call them back, but the number they left is inactive (not the number that left the voicemail). The number that they called from was 604-343-4682, which from a google search is from a recruiting agency.

Does HSBC outsource their recruiting? How do I get in contact with them? I already sent an email to the general careers@hsbc.ca
