No callback yet, should I assume I got rejected?

I interviewed for a job that I really wanted on the 14th of this month. I thought the interview went well, she seemed to like me and gave me a tour. It's an entry level vet assistant job and seemed perfect for me. At the end she said "I'll probably call you next week." Next week rolls around and no call. No big deal, I assume Thanksgiving made it crazy. But I still haven't heard anything yet. Even if I didn't get it I imagine they would call me telling me I was rejected right? I feel kind of down but part of me still hoping they're just slow at responding, it did take almost 4 weeks for them to respond to my application (it's a small vet office).

Should I just assume I got rejected and move on?
