I’m waiting in this shop for an interview. It’s been over an hour. Should I leave?

I’m sitting in this shop for over an hour just waiting for an interview. I can’t even see the guy who was supposed to interview me. I don’t know where he went. Should I leave?

They’ve apologized with me a few times but now it’s getting ridiculous. They’re dealing with customers without even addressing my presence.
