I'm a man with long hair and need advice for my job interview

I have a job interview tomorrow for a customer service position call center position at a solar panel company, and I'm a bit worried because I'm a man with collar length hair, and the job is in a more traditionally conservative area.

I have 2 questions for employers/hiring managers

1) If a man's hair is longer than the typical good ole boy length, but he keeps it clean and neat, does that still bother you for whatever reason? Please explain why if it does.

2) If a man's hair was on the longer side, what style would you recommend he wear it in for a business setting job interview, in your opinion.

Please don't tell me to cut my hair off. I'm not gonna do that for ANY job. I really do look like garbage without my mane, thanks.
