I missed a recruiter phone call. Am I screwed?

I had a successful job interview last Thursday and I received email notification that I’d be called by the company’s recruiting team to further discuss details about the job upon my graduation. They called on Tuesday, but in the middle of one of my exams and I was not able to respond. They instructed me to call them back but upon doing so for the past couple days I get sent straight to voicemail instead. I’ve sent emails to the recruiting team as well as the interviewer and no response.

Have I lost this job opportunity?
