How to do well in group interviews?

I have an interview soon. The position is for a therapist job which I am qualified for and was asked to apply for by a recruiter who resched out to me. Apparently we have a group activity and then have to run part of a therapy group. I feel fine about the therapy part but I am scared that the group activity will feel so artificial and weird to be with my peers. No idea what the activity is although I understand it probably isn't important. Any words of wisdom? I'm nore worried that I won't speak up or know when to interject.
