I tried to be as specific as I could with the title but it might be confusing so let me explain here a bit more in details. English is not my native langage so I apologize in advance for the eventual mistakes or typo ! Let me know if I you need me to be more precise.
I've discovered a company in America (a start up) and I truly believe in their project, I'm already an user of their product. They want to expand through the United States first, but in the end they want to become international. My dream is to be a part of their team and help them expand their project in my country and then my continent (Europe).
They were recruiting few weeks ago, so I sent my application because I really want to work for them. They closed their job offers on their website last week. Unfortunately, I'm not from the same continent and I didn't get any answer yet. I tried to contact them by email but still no answers. I'm afraid they can't or won't hire me due to visa issues. Anyway I'm still convince that I can help them and will do everything I can to do it. I start thinking about it and have some plans in mind but I'm lacking of experience, all I have is 200% motivation and a good understanding of their tool. I also have a background in Science field which is where the tool is needed and can be used. Unfortunately I don't know how to do or where to start. I still have a couple of questions about how can I achieve my goal in the case they can't hire me in the USA :
1/ What more can I do to get their attention ?
2/ How can I be credible for a company that doesn't know me ? How can I prove my value ?
3/ Is it possible to create the job I want to help them achieve their goal ? Or do I have to go through the usual recruitment process and wait another time to seize my opportunity ?
4/ Should I graduate from a business school to build a partnership with them ? Is it necessary ?
I really want to see the project happening and I really want to be a part of it, I'm not going to give up until they answer me back but I want to do it in a smart way, not annoying way. I really believe in their project and I really want to see it happening here.
