Got an inquiry on indeed. And i can't make heads or tails of this.

I got a hit on my resume on indeed, and I cant figure this out. Here is the part of the email thats got me scratching my head (names and locations edited out):

"______ will consider non local candidates and offer an additional $10/hr for non locals  Please submit a signed "available to work all shifts" document along with resume in IQN  Positions will support operations for all shifts at our ______ ____ locations (_________ Avenue / _______ Drive). Candidates must be able to work any shift."

First, how do I reply with a signed document? Will a word document with my name and date typed be ok?

Second, a resume in IQN? What is IQN? It's not the name of the company. Is IQN a format of resume? I'm confused.

This is the first time I've been approached via email from indeed. Usually people just call after i hit "interested in position." And I've never been asked to submit a resume in IQN.
