Follow up after the follow up?

Last week I had an interview that I feel went well. I followed up the next morning by writing emails to both parties I had interviewed with. I did not receive any responses from either person and have not. As of today it's been one week. Is it appropriate to send another follow up email to check in? I've heard of other people doing this but I'm not sure where the line is in terms of being obnoxious and showing that I'm still interested.
