Conflict of interred?

I currently work for a company and my position in said company is to provide technical support for certain devices and physically repair those devices.

I’m looking for another side job, and my old company reached out to me to see if I’d be interested in working casual part time. It was very easy and decent money. However this company sells my companies product and also competing products. My position would be a salesman.

If I were to keep both jobs would this pose any issues?
