Actually I am wondering: About "why you leave" question, I know one is supposed to answer as positive as possible

But when I look at those answers on the website, they sound fake and quite bullshit to me.

For example: Interviewer A: Why do you want to leave your company? Me: I would like to look for more oppurtunity and to have a change in environment. Interviewer A: Then what kind of oppurtunity do you think you want, but your current company cannot give? and a change in environment? Can you elaborate more on it? Me: ...

How to explain without sounding like you are giving bullshit? Of course, I can say things like "different culture", but they will likely ask for further details. <_<

Note: Can I say things like "I feel like I am under-achieving yet loaded with lots of stuffs (that is not what my passion/duty is)?"

Of course, I won't mention the thing in (), but it makes me wonder: the reason why I wanna leave is that I don't feel like I did achieve anything, yet I felt very tired from doing lots of stuffs that are just boring... <_<

Note 2: "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". I saw this advice from some website, but... I cannot refuse to answer the question, right? <_<
