Writing a CV with no work history

I'm 22 years old and dropped out of college year ago. I did not really work besides working some seasonal jobs(picking vegetables) for people who owned land and giving private math lessons to high school students.

I attended technical high school for computers, and pure mathematics in college(until I dropped out due to poor health and financial reasons).

What can I write in my CV when it comes to work history? Anything to spice it up and make it seem I was employed(as in giving private math lessons)?
