WorkSafe BC Jobs

Does anyone have any experience working with WorkSafe BC? They have a ton of openings, and I've sent in my application for a position that I qualify for, but I haven't heard back. Any tips on how I can get my foot in the door? I've had my resume looked over by a career counsellor, so that shouldn't be the issue.
