What are some great interview questions that can better gaze into candidates’ potential in comparison to all the conventional ones that every interviewer always asks?

First time working as a supervisor and conducting my first interview in a few days. I’ve always felt that basic questions like “tell me your strengths and weaknesses” don’t really give a good representation of who people really are.
