Questions to ask at a marketing interview

What are some questions I can ask the hiring manager?

Oftentimes, I find that some of my questions are answered before I’m given the chance to ask them and I don’t want to draw a blank when it comes time for questions.

Also, any other advice concerning interviewing for a marketing position (with little marketing experience) would be great.
