Hey guys. How long should I wait for (or get the hint) for the results on a recent interview??

I interviewed and was given a follow up email on Tuesday saying “we’ll be in touch shortly.

It’s now going Monday morning and we’re zeroing I’m on a week and I’m starting to really lose hope.

If I don’t hear back in a full week is that a no or am I just impatient??
