I’ve been job hunting on and off for about a year now and although I’m getting interviews I never get called in for a second round and it’s starting to really get me down. I have plenty of experience and skills for these roles but for some reason I can’t convey it convincingly enough or I’m missing a crucial set of skills I’m not aware of. The feedback I get is always the same... caliber of candidates was exceptional...
