[Advice] How do I address the questions why I want to leave my current job?

I'm fairly new to a company (4 months), but the work environment is so toxic & catty.

I recently got a call from a company, I've always wanted to work with, for an interview. I applied when I was looking for a new job.

I know I have done some damages to my career (very first job stayed there for 3 yrs; 2nd job: 1 yr; current job: 4 mths & counting). People will see I jump jobs but I'm not the type... I was just very very miserable at my 2nd job & this current job I didn't expect it'd be this bad.

So how can I address this professionally? I know the standard answer:"Looking for a better opportunity & place to growth" but is this too premature at this time? Is there a better way?
