I'm worried that I'm making a horrible first impression to my new boss.

So I started a new job in a hospital at the beginning of this month I'm still "underemployed" but this is best job I've had post college a good stepping stone for my career. My training went very smooth, I'm having fun and I feel like I'm good at the job, my manager even took off the last 2 of my training days.

A week later I feel very short of breath and go to the ER. I call out for 3 shifts during the weekend between my 2nd ad 3rd week at the company.

a few days later I'm back it feeling great, first week on my own and I did pretty good,, worked 3 12s then my last shift of the week I get super congested, my coworkers are kind of giving me the stink eye hinting I shouldn't have come to work. Now I'm supposed to work tonight and tomorrow but I have a fever and a terrible cough.

I feel like it looks kind of sketch to call out twice in my first month with a random week in between. But at the same time I feel like absolute garbage and don't want to spread the germs around the hospital in the middle of the pandemic.

My manager hasn't said anything specifically to make me think this but his tone has changed with me. And during orientation they gave us a whole spiel about how " 2 unexpected absences in 90 days is considered "excessive tardiness"

am I overthinking this and stressing myself out? I really love this job but I'm guessing Nightshift adjustment + hospital germ cesspool is just killing my immune system rn. I wore an N95 and gloves all shift to try to avoid the germs, and truly just want to be able to work.

I've never had to call out of a job more than a couple days in a row before and now if done it multiple times in a month.
