Change Jobs or Stay Put

I started my current job 6 months ago and make nearly $18/hr. I have a Bachelors in accounting and I’m not sure if I want to do this job long term. The benefits are ok, I only get 1 week of PTO for the whole year, and it’s a 35 minute drive. This job is significantly better than my last job - better coworkers, less work, more pay, my own office, etc. I like my job, but I feel like I could do a lot better. I’ve also been thinking about going to grad school to get my Masters, but I feel like I need more experience first. Any thoughts?
