Interviewing candidates for my manager's position...not sure what to ask during the interview.

I was selected to be on the interview panel for a new managerial role. This role is a level above mine and will be managing me.

I'm not sure what to ask during the interview from a subordinate's perspective. I was thinking of asking about their leadership experience and managerial style.

Any tips and advice on what to ask will be great! It is my first time interviewing candidates.
