Is it getting internships through The Intern Group, Absolute internship?

Do they provide good quality internships and will they enhance my employability. If there are any recruiters here how valuable do you think they are? It’s essentially me paying a lot of money for them to find me an internship abroad with one of their partners. Also would it be better If I did 2 3 month placements in different countries or 1 6 month placement
