I’m stuck in a toxic work environment

This is my first actual job and my only source of income so I can’t quit, but everyone I work with is so rude and condescending. I genuinely feel bullied and harassed whenever I’m there.

I’m humiliated and everyone’s punching bag. I can’t stand working and it’s ruining my mental health but I can’t quit.
