I have been working at a job as a food runner for 2 months now. It was okay at first but then the managers became rude, sarcastic and just crossed many professional boundaries. I get along with co workers but they often have this idea that because they have been there for longer they are better then you and it comes across in the work relationships. This job has been negatively impacting my mental health and causing a lot of stress outside of work that I think is unnecessary for a simple food runner causal position. I was planning to resign today but my sister (who I worked with) resigned today because she got another job. I was just wondering should I wait to resign because she already has. I cant imagine working there any longer and I have this email sitting in my drafts waiting to be sent off. What do you guys think?
