I got rejected from a job and it got reposted

I got rejected from a job at a non profit like 2 weeks ago. I’m pretty sure I was rejected because of lack of experience (I’m a college graduate but its still an entry level position). I just came across the same position on LinkedIn except its different because the original posting closed on the 10th of November. This one closes on the 30th. Is it worth it to reapply or not? Edit: I should note that I am really struggling to find a full time job as a college graduate in the middle of COVID-19. Rejections really hurt.
