Leaving a job during probation

I'm looking to leave my job that I'm still in my probationary period for with maybe a week and a half left. I'm expecting calls back from 2 companies next Friday one for my dream job. However, by then I will be 4 days until my probation ends and the notice becomes 3 months.

In my contract it states:

"you or the Company may terminate your employment by giving the other not less than one week notice in writing which may expire after the end of the probation"

Does this mean I can still give a one week notice up till my last day of probation or do I need to do it before that?
