I had a pre-interview interview last Friday & I was told he’s interested & wants to talk to me...

I’m really anxious, it’s Wednesday & i don’t know how long I should wait before I just “give up”. He said he’ll reach out to me for the next interview and I don’t know if I should email the person who I spoke to or just give it until next week Monday. Any advice?
