How many of you have experienced salary and promotion freezes, or even pay cuts due to the pandemic?

I'm an engineer in Silicon Valley. I just found out salaries are frozen through the entire fiscal year, so one year from now. At that point I will have worked at this company for two years without a single raise. Ugh. Anyone else experiencing this or worse?
