So I was recently contacted by a recruiter for a job working for a pharmaceutical company. I would be a contractor and a W2 employee so no benefits until I’ve worked there for 90 days.
I was wondering if anyone hear had any experience in these positions. The salary would be almost double what I currently make but I would not be a FTE and so it lacks certain benefits. It would put me in a better position to apply for other jobs but like I said, I just wanted advice if anyone had experienced these roles before. I was contacted through Indeed by said recruitment agency, just in case people wanted to know.
