Complex Upcoming Interview. Need Advice.

I got a job interview for a government position in Public Health Nursing. But I know nothing about being an actual public health nurse. I’m reading their job description, and I can’t even tell you what I read but it looks complicated. I am only a baby nurse with 1 year of inpatient hospital experience. I applied to this position to meet my job hunt quota. So, I will have to take the day off tomorrow to do as much research as possible about being a PHN to impress the two nurse supervisors for a 25 minute phone screen.

But I feel like it’s hopeless for me to think that I could even get a position like this. So, I don’t want to get my hopes up. What do you think? Any tips?
