Interview at a pharma company and they want me to prepare a 30-minute technical presentation?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this, the total interview slot is 2 hours and they have allocated up to 30 minutes for the presentation. I was wondering if this is normal as 30 minutes on a technical subject they have chosen seems quite a lot for an interview.
