I'm on a contract through this recruitment agency, but I am frustrated. I asked them a question more than six months ago which I followed up twice on with different people but they're just saying they'll get back to me with no reply. I'm asking them if I can work extra days sometimes because my boss will occasionally ask when there's training on a specific day. This would earn the recruiter more money but I don't know how to get them to agree. A couple of weeks ago they sent me some training modules to do, insisted it was very important. I've basically said I'm happy to do them but I need an answer to my question from five months ago. I realise it may not have been the best thing to do but I am desperate for some cooperation from them. She's followed up with the modules she gave me today and I basically replied how she always replies to my questions "are you free for a call?" But the difference is she never answers. I've been so polite I don't understand how to get simple info about my contract out of her.
