People working in an office environment during covid, how are any handling it ?

I have been working form home since March, my job involves some traveling and I’ve been traveling (domestic) whenever I need to.We are basically being forced by our boss to come back to the office, it’s a high rise and we have to take the elevator to get in and out and also during lunch....I’ve been pretty careful since the start of this pandemic even getting groceries delivered, not going to out and now I’m scared and worried.
