I know that there are other job sites to post openings, but I recently did a first round interview for a job that has less than 50 applicants on Linkedin. I applied when it was posted over a month ago and just recently heard back. I was also not told the typical “we are interviewing other candidates” kind of thing during the interview. Does this mean there is less competition? The job requires specific skills that limit the number of applicants (I think).
