Job posting was only listed for a day, is it legit?

I applied for a newly posted bookkeeping position on Indeed and the next day I received a message about an interview and I saw that the job posting was removed after 1 day of being listed. I thought it was really sketchy also since I couldn't really find any info about the company, but my sister told me to go to the interview anyway since it's probably just a small company.

I read that it could also mean they already hired someone internally but might be required to make a job posting offering it to the public. It's kind of a drive and I don't want to waste my time if there's basically no chance.

Thoughts?
