I was invited to interview for a potential job but the recruiter asked me to prepare 8 different tasks in advance (including writing blog posts, coming up with a social media campaign and other more lengthy tasks).
The company is just starting out and I find this a bit much? I have had interviews with extremely large companies before and they only ever asked me to prepare one task.
I was wondering if anyone has come across something like this and how I should reply to them?
