Should I accept their offer or leave?

So, about 8 years ago I started working for a startup as the first employee. I’ve been fighting burnout for 5. I’ve trained all of my bosses but never sought a promotion due to the burnout. Along the way I packed on 100 lbs and spent some time in a mental hospital due to severe depression.

I let them know I plan on leaving before the end of the year and they made me an offer. I make $16 an hour right now with no benefits. Their offer is to move from a production role to a QA role and give me a $4 an hour raise. In their words I’m the only employee left with knowledge of the entire production history and they don’t want to see me leave. There are a total of 4 employees, out of 25, that have been there for over a year.

I don’t really have any meaningful qualifications (traditional college dropout) with an associates degree in engineering technology. This was my second job ever.

Should I take their offer, or stick to my plan to leave?
