Food service job interview/hiring process

Today I interviewed for a job at the counter of a very popular local burger/hot dog place. The owner only asked a few basic questions (which was a huge relief as I have no experience), and if I could come in Friday two hours before opening. It happened so fast, I am wondering if I should prepare for something like a "working interview" or training before I get an offer. What should I expect?
