2 months into new job and really underperforming - need advice

I am in my late 20s in Ontario and started a new job 2 months ago in supply chain. The role is considered mid senior level. The training has been pretty much non existant and it has been a sink or swim and I am sinking. The requirements for the projects i get are very vague and they give me huge excel files to figure things out and when i ask questions no one seems to give me a clear answer. I already spoke with my manager a couple times about gettting more direction ajd guidance but it hasnt helped. On top of that the culture of the company is known to be extremely demanding, having a lack of work life balance, high turnover and very unorganized. The people are also extremely competitive. I really dont like the culture of the company. I have been putting a lot of time on weekends to try to catch up but i cant. I feel i have been set up to fail. When I accepted the role i was unemployed so didnt have another option. I am dreading waking up now because i hate my job so much. I dont think i will pass probation.

I interviewed with another company for a role that would be less senior, slightly less pay, good work life balance and better training as my friend works there and he would train me for the role If i get an offer i am not sure what to do. I feel my current managers will kill me if i quit so soon and i feel guilty for quitting so soon and letting the team down. I was thinking of accepting this new job for a year or two, figuring things out and also for my mental health.

What should i do? I need advice
