This has a long story behind it, but I was sent home Friday and was waiting on test results. HR said after the results I will need a doctors note. It is Sunday night and I will get the note tomorrow.

In that case, when I call or they call, will theyhow likely is it that they ask me to come in as soon as I have the note? Would they ask me to come in mid day? And would they be expecting me to get it like first thing tomorrow? I don’t even know that they’ll call or if they’re just waiting to hear from me...
