In the process of interviewing for a role that is possibly 2 rungs higher than my previous roles. I have been asked to provide them with written out ideas of what I would do within my first 90 days. My initial thought was “wow, they are trying to get my expertise for free” but since I don’t know their operations very, that is probably not it. Can anyone guide me on what they are wanting to see?
