I recently filled out a job application at my sister's work after she told me it was easy money but there's a problem

I live 12 miles away from the job site and have no reliable transportation. I would have to rely on rides from various people, if I don't get the same shift as my sister. On the second application they sent me I'm meant to state whether or not I have reliable transportation, and I don't want to lie. This whole thing has gotten me stressed, as this would be my first job. On the other hand there is a dollar general near me hiring and I can get there easily. Should I pick the closest job?

Also I forgot to mention, I live outside of the city. There is no public transportation I could rely on
