I currently work at old navy and am being scheduled to work 40 hours every week. I like the job, but I am 16 and don't really need that much money to live, just want some to buy clothes and eat out. I would be much happier working 20 hours a week so I had time to spend practicing sports and hanging out with friends. How should I bring it up to my manager that I want to work less without them saying no, firing me, or just cutting all my hours a ton.
