I feel like my actual resume file makes so much more of an impact than if someone were to read the same basic stuff I have to type in, especially as I apply to more creative roles where my good design could matter (it's nothing crazy, just a little visually interesting).
To any hiring managers/hr people out there, which do you actually look at? It's always such a hassle to copy and paste everything even though the application also requires my file. Not that I'd stop doing that, but I'm just curious. Thanks!

Do potential employers look at the resume you upload or the same info you type in?
