Need advice on getting an entry-level Mechanical Engineering job!

Hi friends, I graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from a top 20 public institution in Texas. I have had two industry internships (1 at automotive startup, 1 at old aerospace company), one international research internship in robotics, and I participated in relevant robotics research for three total semesters. During my senior year, I co-founded a medical device startup incubator at my university. I have a 3.35 cumulative GPA. Scored >90th percentile on the GRE Quant and Analytical Writing, if that matters at all.

Outside of this, I was on a dance team, played intramural sports, and volunteered regularly. I had always thought that with this type of preparation, I would be prepared to enter the job market as a Mechanical Engineer. However, after nearly four months of job hunting, I have gotten three interviews (Google[X], SpaceX, Ike Robotics), but none of them panned out into job offers.

I have iterated my resume a few times so that it passes the ATS, but the results have not changed. I am trying to reach out to my network for help, message recruiters on LinkedIn, cold email, and simply apply online. Does anybody have suggestions for how to go about this? I attached a de-personalized copy of my resume.

My interests are in robotics and medical devices. I'm hoping I can enter the robotics space, because I'm very passionate about designing and developing robotic systems for healthcare.
