HireVue: is it replacing the phone interview or just the phone screening?

Got invited to do a hire vue digital interview. I want to know if it’s even worth my time, so I’m wondering, for those who have done it, do you move straight to the in person interviews if you pass it? Or does it just get you a phone interview and/or phone screening?
