Asking for more time to consider a job offer?

I have been at my current company for almost 2 years (18 months in one department, and then started in a new department around 5 months ago in a slightly different position). My position is very different than my coworkers' positions, and is brand new to the department. As a result, the position has been chaotic and overwhelming, and management has struggled immensely to adequately support me in my job, as well as being very demeaning towards me (it's a salaried position with PTO, etc).

I started looking for new jobs, and interviewed for 3 different jobs this week. While not ideal, Job A is a per diem job, which would include a significant payout with no PTO/benefits, but could provide me with some new experiences that would help me land another permanent position. Job A has already offered me this position; however, I asked if I could have until early next week to formally decide if I am truly willing to leave my full-time position for a per diem position (the company is okay with giving me extra time to decide). I interviewed at 2 additional jobs today (Job B which is a full-time position similar to my current job at a different company, and Job C which is a full-time temporary position with no PTO/benefits, but with a strong likelihood of eventually becoming a permanent position). I told both Job B and Job C that I have other interviews scheduled, and have received other offers this week, but am still highly interested in both positions (the interviewers at both jobs seemed to also like me). Job B and Job C told me they still have other interviews scheduled, and I should supposedly know by mid-next week if they have selected me to move forward in the interview processes. If Job B or Job C offer me a position, I would absolutely accept it over Job A; however, given the per-diem nature, I am feeling very conflicted if I should accept Job A now that I may potentially have other full-time job opportunities available (and potentially rescind, if given a better offer?).

I am also worried about accepting Job A, providing notice at my job, and then needing to take additional time off to interview again for Job B and/or Job C, if needed, as my current company prefers to not approve PTO for employees once they provide notice of leaving. I took 2 "sick days" this week to interview at jobs also, and am worried my supervisor is becoming "suspicious" of me taking days off suddenly. Given that I have also already requested an extension to decide for Job A, I'm not sure how willing they would be to offer me additional time to consider, as I wait to hear back from other companies also with full-time positions? I'm not worried about benefits, as I am still covered under my family's benefits for a few more months (and still live at home with my family), so it is not a huge deciding factor.

Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this situation?
